Women's Wrap Front Peplum Blouse

This blouse does two things at once. The front crosses over into a V and fastens with a single button at the natural waist, which is what pulls the shape in; below that button the double peplum flares away over the hip so nothing clings where you would rather it did not. The sleeves are cut wide from the shoulder and taper towards the wrist, which keeps the whole thing from looking severe.
